Your California Privacy Rights

This notice to California residents is provided under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), Cal. Civ. Code 1798.100 et seq. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy by explaining your privacy rights if you are a California resident, providing our "notice at collection," and providing certain mandated disclosures about our treatment of California residents' information.

We collect these categories of personal information when you interact with us: identifiers / contact information, demographic information (such as age), payment card information associated with you, commercial information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, audio, electronic, visual or similar information, and inferences drawn from the above.

We collect personal data so that we can best serve you, including preparing and managing your estate plan documents, fulfilling your requests and sharing offers that we think you may be interested in.   • We share geolocation data, characteristics of protected classifications under California or U.S. law, and inferences with: advertising networks, internet service providers, data analytics providers, and fraud prevention partners.

Sale of Personal Data

Just In Case Estates does not sell your personal data.

Subject to certain limitations and in addition to the choices enumerated under the “Your Control and Choices” section in the Privacy Policy, you have the right to (1) request to know more about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we collect, use, and disclose, (2) request deletion of your personal data, (3) opt out of any sales of personal data that may be occurring, and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You can make these requests by emailing our compliance team at legal@justincaseestates.com. After submitting your request, please monitor your email for a verification email. We are required by law to verify your identity prior to granting access to or deleting your personal data in order to protect your privacy and security. Please note that you may designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf by providing the authorized agent signed permission to submit the request on your behalf. If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may need to contact you to verify your identity and protect the security of your personal data.
