Calling all Creators!
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Team Lead to build out a world-class CX team. In this role, you’ll recruit, develop, and retain an elite group of customer experience specialists to maintain a crazy high level of customer satisfaction – all while our business scales at incredible rates.
You’ll focus on helping your team provide surprisingly delightful interactions that make people happy. This role is super hands on, cheering and coaching your team from the sidelines, and jumping in to help our customers when the situation demands it. Patience, strong organization, good writing skills, empathy, and a great sense of humor are all essential elements of your toolkit.

We’re excited to meet you because you:
- Count 2+ years of people management experience
- Hold experience coaching a team of 5 or more
- Possess a high EQ, and are skilled at providing direct and honest feedback
- Motivate a team of ‘work hard / play hard’ employees with positivity, empathy, and accountability
- Command strong knowledge of customer service principals and practices, and stop at nothing short of creating the best customer experiences on the planet
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude with an ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Are obsessed with data
