We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who’s obsessed with creating, managing, and revamping digital marketing campaigns with data-founded insights. Do you think creatively, and are you great at execution? Do you like owning your world and getting your hands dirty? In this role, you’ll be responsible for all our performance marketing touchpoints on paid search, paid social, online advertising, retention, and affiliate marketing. You’ll lead our marketing strategy, build out your team, and work closely with Management to meet our company business goals.

• Count 5+ years of experience in performance marketing roles
• Command an advanced understanding of all digital marketing roles, the Google Analytics 360 Suite, and Meta social platforms

• Hold experience recruiting, developing, and retaining a team
• Are adept at multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
• Are familiar and comfortable with agile and cross-functional environments
